Hope I Die Before I Get Old - Not Anymore!

I was reading an article today that states that the Baby Boomer generation is likely to live longer than any generation before it. That doesn't surprise me - you?

The National Post reported that Co-founder Ronald Klatz of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, once told the academy's annual conference "we are on the verge of practical immortality, with life spans in excess of a hundred years. "Fifty percent of Baby Boomers can live up to 100 and beyond."

Yes us Baby Boomers are paying more attention to what we eat, our stress levels, exercising more and doing much more to ensure that will live longer. Just accepting that we are getting old and our bodies will not work the way we want it is not acceptable to Baby Boomers.
